Brief
To develop a range of corporate materials based on existing branding to communicate the recently formed group values, offer and services to both commercial and domestic customers.
Approach
Our task was to take the existing brand and extend corporate values and messages building on the initial branding. As effectively an emergency service it was clear we had to reassure the potential customer / client, presenting a professional caring punctual business that would take the situation under control.
Solution
We conveyed these messages by humanising the materials with inclusion of large images of the emergency and office teams reinforced with a clear and unambiguous customer charter and prominent positioning of reassuring kite and charter marks.
Results
The materials have all been streamlined with consistent brand and marketing messages. This has consequently raised the companies profile, reassured private and commercial customers / clients and improved the businesses overall credibility.
